ESTRUCTURA DE LOS SISTEMAS EDUCATIVOS Y CURRÍCULOS DE EDUCACÓN BÁSICA FINLANDIA- PARAGUAY. AÑO 2023

Resumen


Desde hace muchos años, la comparación de sistemas educativos ha realizado aportes interesantes en el campo educativo como fuente de información válida para la elaboración de propuestas de mejoras en los sistemas educativos locales en base prácticas exitosos de modelos educativos que se destacan a nivel internacional. Este trabajo compara el modelo educativo filandés con el modelo educativo paraguayo en relación a la estructura de todo el sistema educativo tomando como referencia la Clasificacion Internacional Normalizada de la Educación 2011 (CINE), y el curriculo nacional de educación básica del 1° al 9° grado. Luego de describir las similitudes y diferencias a través de cuadros comparativos, expertos en educación identificaron las posibilidades de aplicación de las diferencias significativas encontradas en el sistema filandés a la educación paraguaya. La metodología de la investigación es de tipo no experimental, de alcance descriptivo- comparativo, y de corte transversal. Los resultados indican que en la estructura de los sistemas las semejanzas son cuatro, y las diferencias significativas seis. De igual forma, son ocho las similitudes y cinco las diferencias significativas entre los currículos de educación básica, 1° al 9° grado, de ambos paises. En relación a la posibilidad de aplicación de las diferencias encontradas al modelo educativo paraguayo, pocas de ellas son viables de aplicación inmediatamente, las demás requerirán de cambios en la política educativa, cambios culturales, mayor inversión en educación, cambio de enfoques pedagógicos, entre otros.
